a 2009 message from linda
I can't believe that we are at the end of January, 2009 already. How time flies when we're having fun -- as they say! I am optimistic about 2009, as I hope you are. It's all about having the right attitude. Sure, we are faced with more challenges than perhaps we've had in the past, but challenges in life and business can work in a positive way. We must think outside the box. Utilize untapped resources. Be creative and mix it up a bit. Add some excitement to your life. And, most importantly, keep a "can-do" attitude.
2009 -- may it be your healthful year!!
Perhaps you are on the same healthy quest as I am. If you are, I've got a tip for you. Agel sponsors a FIT Challenge and anybody can participate. Whether or not you want to take that big challenge on, do go to www.befitdolife.com. You will find all sorts of tips and information. There are exercise programs with videos on how to do the exercises, meal planners, a library full of information, and much more. And if you really want to be inspired to get fit, take a look at Agel's trainer, Cory Gregory. Oh my gosh!!! off to Go Diamond in Dallas Several of us are headed for Dallas this Friday for Go Diamond weekend. We will be with people from all over the world who are growing the Agel business. I love going to these conferences as it causes me to be awed by the size and power of Agel. My little corner of the world in San Antonio, TX seems small when looking at the global impact this company has had. Everybody is happy and positive -- truly intoxicating! But the best part is the life-long friendships I have developed. I shall always be grateful to Agel for opening up that door.

Eric Worre, one of the top leaders in Agel, just sent a great message via YouTube, filmed while he was in Phuket, Thailand this past week. I'm sure Eric won't mind if I share his message with you, my friends and colleagues.
There are 4 groups of people when it comes to dreams:
1. To those of you who are living your dreams and have never let go of those dreams. Make sure you pass that on. It’s your responsibility to make sure you help other people live their dreams.
2. To those of you who had dreams but have forgotten them a little bit in the busy part of your life. Remember what it was like to get excited and have something to look forward to. Those dreams are still there. There is still a fire alive in you. You just have to push that in a positive direction.
3. To those of you who have totally forgotten your dreams. Remember again. Find something that will rekindle that fire and get you excited in the morning. Know that you can do something besides just paying the bills and getting through the day.
4. And to those of you who have not only forgotten your dreams, but are so frustrated in life and have had your heart broken so many times that you consciously or subconsciously spend your time tearing other people’s dreams down. You were not born to crawl through life. You were born to live a good life, to live your dreams. You were born to have meaning and purpose, excitement and passion. Go find that passion. Wake that part of yourself up again. It’s okay to get your hopes up again one more time.
Eric is living his dream completely. His profession allows him to enjoy his life, to do the things he's always wanted to do, to spend time seeing the world, and to invest time in other people's lives and happiness.
